Blueberry and cherry fruit with well balanced spicyness. This complex wine has an excellent ripe tannin structure and lingering finish.  

This outstanding wine made in the tradition of Assmanshausen late harvest Pinot Noir. Straw yellow colour with no red tint is totally unusual. Subtle spicy green apple and strawberry aroma with caramel and dried fruit mix. Rounded off with a well balanced sweetness.

Truly delicious, pale yellow, deep apricot and tropical aroma and lingering taste make this perfect to serve with cheese or a sumptuous dessert.
