Alexander Merlot 2009

Elegant wine with full varietal nose and sweet, ripe cassis and red plum flavours leading to a smooth, well-balanced and long finish. Aged for 10 months in French and American oak barriques, this wine is drinking well now but can be cellared for at least five years for further complexity.
