Seductive dark fruit and complex spice notes reveals layers of plum, clove and anise spice on the nose. On the palate the full soft tannins are nicely integrated and provide the backbone to a full flavoured, complex Pinot Noir that will age gracefully for five to ten more years.
The Burnt Spur vineyard is located 8km south of the Martinborough Village Square. Heavier soils than the Martinborough Terraces produce grapes rich in flavour and texture.
