Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18.
It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
Prices
All prices displayed on this site are in NZ dollars & include GST. (Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%) Case prices are for a whole case of the same product, or of mixed wine, and the case price includes a standard 10% discount. Discount applies to a case of 12 bottles or more.
Minimum order quantity
There is a minimum order quantity of two bottles within New Zealand.
Outside of New Zealand a minimum of 12 bottles applies.

*Note - All international freight is charged on arrival - we do not charge for freight, the shipping company charges for freight and it is deducted from your account on delivery. A $15.00 courier fee applies for international orders.
Price per case will reduce if more than one case is shipped to international destinations. Please email to enquire.
United Kingdom - Door to door delivery with all UK taxes and duties paid. The wine is repacked, consolidated and sent by ship fortnightly or monthly. It spends approximately 5 weeks at sea and is usually delivered by the courier 7-14 days later. An additional UK courier delivery surcharge applies to the 'Highlands' and 'Islands'
Australia - Door to door delivery with all Australian taxes paid. The wine is repacked, consolidated and sent by air weekly into Sydney. Our courier distributes and the internal courier charge is additional.
Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Thailand
Airport to Airport (You collect and pay clearance and taxes)
Product Guarantees
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive corked or faulty wine we will replace it for you or credit your account on receiving evidence of such. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order or simply find the wine is not to your taste, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account.
Insurance
We insure our products up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage to goods beyond this point.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and we will protect it. Any personal information supplied to us will only be used to process your order. Under no circumstances will any personal information you have supplied to us be made available to another organisation.
