Vynfields is the only certified organic producer in Martinborough. The extra care and attention to the health of the soil and the environment surrounding the vineyard is reflected in the fruit from the Vynfields vineyard. The Reserve Pinot Noir is cropped at a mere 1 tonne per acre resulting in the finest fruit selection which is then carefully processed and finished without the use of fining with milk or fish products, which meets the requirements of those on a vegan diet. The 2009 is a limited release, a wine which will reward those whom wish to cellar, even though drinking now will not disappoint!
