Murdoch James 'Trafalgar' 2009

The Trafalgar is an aperitif style wine designed to awaken the tastebuds before a meal.  Predominantly noble Sauvignon Blanc blended with late harvested Riesling, this wine has an abundance of floral and delicate citrus fruit flavours.  In the mouth, residual sugar and a panacotta richness are balanced by a lingering and fresh minerality.
