Nga Waka Chardonnay 2009

Fermented 100% in French oak barriques (28% new).  No malolactic fermentation, this rich and complex Martinborough Chardonnay is the result of monthly lees stirring.  Intense ripe stone fruit flavours underpinned by subtle oak.
