Palliser Estate Chardonnay 2009

Grapefruit, pineapple, melon & nectarine, a broad weighty palate & overall a rich style of Chardonnay. Made in the manner of classic oak fermented styles with accompanying malolactic fermentation to soften the palate and introduce mild butterscotch notes and maturation on yeast lees.
