Palliser Estate Pinot Gris 2011

Aromas ripe pear and hints of candied citrus peel with a textural richness of the palate that completes the impression of the aroma. This is a wine we greatly enjoy ourselves and that has a definite affinity for food & perhaps especially for mildly spicy Thai cuisine, poultry and pork dishes. Definitely delicious now and worth up to 3 years careful cellaring on current assessment.
