Pencarrow Pinot Noir 2010

With the recent announcement of the Palliser Estate Pencarrow 2010 Pinot noir winning the Trophy for Pinot Noir class and Trophy for Open Red Wine at the Air New Zealand Wine Awards we clearly have a wine that stopped the judges in their tracks. At the Martinborough Wine Centre we have never treated the wines from this label as second label wines. For those that love wine laden with generosity of flavour, varietal character and the taste of Martinborough Pencarrow wines deliver. The opportunity with the 2010 Pinot Noir to have the highest awarded pinot noir at such an affordable price is quite simply fantastic.
