Fruit for this 100% Martinborough Cabernet Sauvignon dominant wine was picked separately at optimum ripeness, fermented and later blended.

The wine shows boysenberry fruit with cedar and cigar box aromas and a full palate displaying the ripe tannins of the Cabernet balanced with the softness of the Merlot and the mid palate of the Cabernet Franc which makes this an ideal accompaniment to a variety of foods.
